Fish is definitely one of the best delicacies, if prepared right!!You cant simply have enough with this recipe from Kupika na Kaleji.
2 Tilapia fish
1 large onion chopped
2tbs tomato paste
1/2tbs black pepper
2 royco cubes (the red ones)
1tbs garam masala
1/2 cup of milk.
1.In a cooking pot add a little bit of salad oil.
2.Add the chopped onion and G.n.G and let them cook until translucent.
3.Add the tomato paste and stir.
4.Add your spices one by one then keep stirring.
5.Add the milk and stir a bit.Let it cook on low heat for about 3 minutes.
6.Set the stew aside. Add your fish pieces to the same pot and then the stew on top of the fish.
7. Let it cook for 3-5 minutes on low heat. Your fish is ready
